Компания Nurimedia со штаб-квартирой в Сеуле основана в 1997 году и на сегодня предлагает электронные ресурсы для академических библиотек, колледжей, университетов и государственных учреждений. Nurimedia активно сотрудничает с Корейским институтом Науки и Технологий (KISTI).
База данных DBpia содержит более 2000 корейских научных журналов по различным отраслям знаний. Ресурс имеет интерфейс на нескольких языках, включая на корейский и английский.
